I’m writing as a reference to the AV work that Shawn White had performed for the Indiana State University campus over the past 3 years. Team Tech was quick to respond to an urgent PROFINET issue we had at an engine MFG facility. This network problem had resulted in loss production, material waste, and time spent troubleshooting. Team Tech’s tech honed in on the problem quickly and made corrections within hours of being on-site. However, Team Tech didn’t just leave it at that, they set up network recording to ensure that the problem wasn’t just masked. The thorough completion of the network analysis has given us a stable and reliable network. I would highly recommend Team Tech to anyone having network issues that need a quick resolution.
We had major Profibus network issues. Over the course of a 3 week span, we lost the comms on the network 12 times. Each time caused the process line to go down. We found Team Tech and Shawn White through Softing, a testing equipment manufacturer. From the first communication with Shawn and his team, I was impressed. I left a voicemail and received a call back with 10 minutes. Within an hour they had started evaluation of the network files I sent over. Within 24 hours Team Tech was on-site and had repairs completed. Getting our process line back on track and production back in full-swing. I would recommend Shawn White and his Team.

They arrived prepared with all the tools and safety gear required. Not only did they find and fix the problem we had been fighting for months, they found and fixed several other issues that would have been problems down the road.
